Because all our soaps and skincare products are crafted by hand using natural botanical ingredients, slight variations are entirely normal and to be expected. Differences in colour, texture, and scent may occur from batch to batch due to the seasonal nature of our raw ingredients.

Such variations do not constitute a defect. We take great care to ensure consistency, but the unique character of small-batch production means no two items are exactly identical.

We advise checking the ingredients list carefully before use. While our formulations use natural botanicals, individual skin sensitivities can occur. Please perform a patch test before full application.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Prices for our handmade skincare items are subject to change without notice.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message. We aim to dispatch all items promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our direct control.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our skincare items, we generally cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If your soap or skincare item arrives damaged or you believe there is a genuine defect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it has been dispatched. Once an order has left our workshop, cancellation is no longer possible, and standard return policies will apply to unopened goods.
